MICROBLADING EYEBROWS

Permanent cosmetic technicians are trained to perform procedures where pigment is placed into the dermal layer of the skin. Microblading is a type of permanent cosmetic procedure. In many states, it is considered a tattoo and may require certification and licensing. The difference between microblading and any other permanent cosmetic tattoo procedure is that it is done manually with a sterilized device that looks much like a pen. The name “microblading” comes from a misleading interpretation of what the art actually is. Because the very small needles tend to look like blades, people have deemed it as such. Throughout this training, you will learn about the safety, color theory, needle and pigment selection, skin anatomy, and many other factors that make for a successful microblading artist.
