You will not receive transcript or certificate until financial obligation has been met. The final payment must be in the form of cash or credit card. No personal checks will be accepted.

Disclaimer
Suppose the student has a second party who is responsible for payments. In that case, all the required information must be given to Administration with the number of incremental payments and the date payments are to be made, and the form of payment must be approved by the school’s Director, Mr. Eric Ho.

Installment Payments/Balance
• Installments are due every other Monday by 4 p.m. There is no grace period.
• You are responsible for making the payment each month. Payments are not automatically made by the Students Admissions and Financial Services Office unless you complete the Credit Card Authorization Form.
• If you are mailing the payment, make sure you allow enough time to reach the office on or before the due date. Payments received after the due date will be assessed as a late fee.

Fees and Other Charges
• Your application fee is non-refundable.
• Deposit $500 to save your seat (non-refundable)
• Your account will be assessed a $20 service charge for any payment returned for insufficient funds or which is not collectible for any other reason, and your plan will be canceled.
• There will be an additional late charge for any payment not received in full by the due date.
• If payment due is from $0 – $999.99, a $20 late fee will be charged to your account.
• If payment due is from $1,000 – $1,999.99, a $25 late fee will be charged to your account.
• If a payment due is $2,000 or above, a $30 late fee will be charged to your account.

Failure to Pay (Online Course)
• If payment is delayed, we will immediately suspend your online access.
• A late payment fee will be added and the remaining account balance plus the late fee will be due in full.

REFUND POLICY - Online
-The Students may cancel their enrollment contract without penalty or obligation 10 days BEFORE receiving any access information. There are NO refunds for books, a $500 deposit, and a $100 payment plan fee.
-A student must notify the institution of his/her withdrawal in writing with the sign and date.
-Once you receive all access no matter whether you open it or not, there is NO refund for any amount you paid. If you are on a payment plan, also you need to continue to pay till pay in full.
- No allowed to transfer the amount you paid to someone including your relatives.
-Withdrawal/Termination from Course: students have the right to withdraw from a course of instruction at any time.
-An unofficial transcript will be provided to a student who withdraws, including hours that the student has completed. For transfer or graduation, an Official Transcript will not be released by the School until all monies owed to the School have been collected.
-Regardless of whether or not the student completes the program for which the student is enrolled, the student understands and acknowledges that the tuition is due and any past payments made are non-refundable.
-If you choose to re-enter, we will hold the amount paid for two years. The re-entry fee will be $200.
-Honolulu Nails & Aesthetics Academy will not award the student a transcript of hours until tuition is paid in full. Cancellation passed 16 instructional days would require full tuition payment. A Collection Agency will collect any unpaid balances.

The benefit of the e-book
The benefit of the e-book, you could log in anywhere with internet access or a cell phone. You type or choose the answer and click to send it to us, and you also can do a quiz through the system. There is an audio system (they read for you) and a dictionary system. You could download it to your PC or print it out. You can access it for two years. If you choose the actual hardcopy book, you write an answer to the workbook, take a picture, and send it by e-mail to the instructor. And then, the instructor will be sent you the chapter quiz. Repeat all chapters manually. do a quiz and send us back again.Please confirm which one you prefer.

Additional charge for HARDCOPY book
Additional $35 for shipping and handling fee from publisher( We will invoice to you or pay at school) In addition, The publisher continue to see the impact of the global paper shortage and supply chain issues. Please consider a digital alternative such as eBooks.
