Refund Policy - Hybrid Online
• The Students may cancel their enrollment contract without penalty or obligation 10 days BEFORE receiving any access information. There are NO refunds for books, a $500 deposit, and a $100 payment plan fee.
• A student must notify the institution of his/her withdrawal in writing with the sign and date.
•Once you receive all access no matter whether you open it or not, there is NO refund for any amount you paid. If you are on a payment plan, also you need to continue to pay till pay in full.

• No allowed to transfer the amount you paid to someone including your relatives.
• Withdrawal/Termination from Course: students have the right to withdraw from a course of instruction at any time.
• An unofficial transcript will be provided to a student who withdraws, including hours that the student has completed. For transfer or graduation, an Official Transcript will not be released by the School until all monies owed to the School have been collected.
• Regardless of whether or not the student completes the program for which the student is enrolled, the student understands and acknowledges that the tuition is due and any past payments made are non-refundable.
• If you choose to re-enter, we will hold the amount you paid for two years. The re-entry fee will be $200.
• Honolulu Nails & Aesthetics Academy will not award the student a transcript of hours until tuition is paid in full. Cancellation passed 16 instructional days would require full tuition payment. A Collection Agency will collect any unpaid balances.
