COURSE DESCRIPTION
This course dives deep into the foundation of Nail care and the theoretical knowledge in the industry. We offer a flexible schedule full-online course (approved by the State of Hawaii Board of Cosmetology), allowing you to pursue your education without sacrificing personal or work commitments. To train students in the theory and techniques using a balanced blend of theoretical and practical knowledge while preparing them to seek gainful employment as a nail technician or in a related field. This includes but is not limited to manicures, pedicures, acrylic nails, gel nails, nail wrap, nail art, and other techniques and treatments taught in the program. To prepare students for state board exams by providing accurate information about the rules and regulations as well as the process of registration and testing.
This program is the education that follows the basic requirements set forth for 350 hours by the State of Hawaii Board of Barbering and Cosmetology.
ENTRANCE REQUIREMENTS
Admission into our school is open to all applicants that meet the following requirements:
- Be at least 16 years old AND have an education equivalent to completion of high school OR grade twelve. If you are under 18, a parent or guardian must enroll the applicant.
- Copy of high school diploma or educational equivalent. (GED certificate)
- Copy of picture ID (Passport, State ID, Driver’s license)
- Deposit $ 500.00 to save your seat which will be applied in full towards your tuition. Non-refundable.
- Completed HNA Application Form
- If you select a tuition payment plan option, there is a registration fee of $100.00 (non-refundable).
- You must have internet access a device, and a sanitary individual room to perform.

*Total amount of tuition is $7,507.85 minus $500.00(non-refundable deposit)=$7007.85 w/payment plan.
*The first payment is due on or before orientation day.
*Payments are due every other Monday until a financial commitment is paid in full.

- Half and half payments: $2,247.38 ($2247.38 Every other Monday)
-1st payment: You will receive an access code for the Theory.
-2nd payment: You will receive your student kits and access to start the practical. - 4 payments of $1,123.69 ($1123.69 every other Monday)
-1st, 2nd, and 3rd payments will be for Theory only.
-From the 4th payment: You will receive your student kits and access to start the practical. - 8 payments of $561.84 ($561.84 every other Monday)
-1st, 2nd, 3rd, 4th, and 5th payments will be for Theory only.
-From the 6th payment, you will receive your student kits and access to start the practical. - 12 payments of $374.56 ($374.56 every other Monday)
-Until the 7th, payments will be for Theory only
-From the 8th payment, you will receive your student’s kit and part of access to start practicing.
- 16 payments of $280.92 ($280.92 every other Monday)
-Until the 10th, payments will be for Theory only
-From the 11th payment, you will receive your student’s kit and part of access to start practicing.
