HIRING FOR GRAND OPENING NAIL TECHNICIANS
We are seeking a skilled and passionate Nail Technician to join our team for our new luxury salon opening this Fall in Waikiki at Lilia (Ground floor).
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in nail care and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service. As a Nail Technician, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality nail services while ensuring a welcoming and relaxing environment for clients.
- Perform a variety of nail services, including manicures, pedicures, and nail enhancements.
- Apply knowledge of color theory to assist clients in selecting the perfect shades for their nails.
- Provide additional services such as body waxing, eyelash extensions, and esthetic laser treatments as needed.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area, tools, and equipment.
- Educate clients on proper nail care techniques and recommend products for home use.
- Build strong relationships with clients through excellent customer service and effective communication.
- Assist with retail sales by promoting nail care products and services to enhance client satisfaction.
- Stay updated on the latest trends in nail art and techniques to provide innovative services.
Qualifications:
- Valid cosmetology or nail technician license as required by state regulations.
- Working experience
- Strong knowledge of nail care techniques, including manicure and pedicure procedures.
- Experience in body waxing, esthetic laser treatment, or dermabrasion is a plus.
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to create a friendly atmosphere for clients.
- Familiarity with retail sales practices to effectively promote products.
- Attention to detail and a creative mindset for nail design and artistry.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed.
